Traineeship

the Ida-Viru Central Hospital Foundation is the largest health care institution in Estonia. It has a direct responsibility for more than 100,000 inhabitants and employs more than 1,200 staff, including 220 doctors.

Our mission is to provide patient-centred, evidence-based, state-of-the-art health care throughout the lifespan, supporting quality of life and valuing the living environment in Ida-Viru County.

Our vision - to be the accountable healthcare provider in the region.

Our core values - trustworthiness, humanity, efficiency.

Ida-Viru Central Hospital offers its employees stability and security, various training and self-development opportunities. We also offer a modern and constantly renewing working environment and benefits under the collective agreement. New employees are supported in their familiarisation through training and materials introducing the work of the hospital. Colleagues, immediate supervisors and the Human Resources department are a great help to new staff.

The most important asset of the hospital is the people who work here. There are many great doctors, nurses, carers and non-medical professionals working at Ida-Viru Central Hospital, but we always have room for new colleagues. We are looking for skilled and motivated people to join our team and help the hospital to achieve its mission.
