Please read the General Conditions of Participation for exhibitions, fairs and other events organised at the Estonian Fairs and Exhibitions Centre, which are attached to the Participation Agreement as an annex.

In case the Exhibitor carries out the stand construction works itself or uses its subcontractors for this purpose, the Exhibitor is obliged to coordinate the stand design plan, the constructions and materials to be used with the Estonian Fairs Ltd 4 weeks, but not later than 20 working days before the date of commencement of the assembly works for the specific exhibition or fair.][/cf].
The standard height of the structural elements used in the stand construction is 2.5 m. The consent of Eesti Näituste AS is required for the use of structural elements exceeding this height.

When using visual advertising exceeding the standard height of the stand, it is obligatory to coordinate the installation of the advertising medium with Eesti Näituste AS. The advertising support may be installed at least 2 m inwards from the stand railing.

If the weight of the exhibit exceeds the weight load of 1000 kg/m², the placement of such an exhibit on the stand must be coordinated with the Estonian Fairs AS. Under particularly heavy exhibits and constructions, a base plate shall be placed underneath the exhibits to distribute the load on the pavilion floor.

In case the Exhibitor wishes to erect a stand with two or more floors, the design of the stand must be coordinated with the Estonian Fairs AS 4 weeks, but not later than 20 days before the date of commencement of the assembly works for the specific exhibition or fair.

The maximum permissible height of a two- or more-storey stand is 7,5 m and the minimum distance between the perimeter of the second floor and the boundary of the neighbouring stand is 2 m (unless otherwise agreed with Fairs & Exhibitions Estonia).

NOTE: The maximum permissible height of the stay of persons serving and visiting a two- or more-storey stand is 2,6 m above the floor level of the halls of the Exhibition Centre.

Eesti Näituste AS reserves the right to suspend the construction of an exhibition or trade fair stand if the Exhibitor fails to comply with the requirements set out in Section 6.1 of the General Conditions for Participation in Exhibitions, Fairs and Other Events organised at the Exhibition Centre.

Partial or complete dismantling of stands, removal of exhibits from the stand and departure of persons serving the exhibition from the stand before the end of the working period of a particular exhibition or fair is not permitted.

Internet access to the stand will be provided by Citic Telecom CPC Estonia provides internet connection (cable and/or wifi) in the exhibition halls.

Procedure for the award of grants

Target group: small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed persons in Tallinn planning to participate in trade fairs in Estonia which are.

• trade fairs held in Estonia that are aimed at establishing business contacts;
• Finding new distribution channels;
• promoting sales.

Objective: to support and develop the development of small business in Tallinn through participation in trade fairs.
