Air control louvers

Air control louvers of air coolers are designed to regulate the air flows involved in the process of cooling the product flowing in the air cooler. The proper functioning of the louvers determines the performance of the air handling unit as a whole. Our louvers, although they have a lower cost than those offered by our competitors, still have a quality advantage.

The design of the vanes, based on the calculations made, makes it possible to keep the operating personnel on the blinds. The louvres opening kinematics keeps their operation even if the louvres are accidentally opened if they are frozen or covered with snow. The sliding bearings of the shutter blades are made of high quality fluoroplastic F4 with an increased width of the bearing surface.

In our shutters the width of metal support in the area of bushing installation is 10 mm, fluoroplastic bushing is not cut. Modernization of this unit significantly increases the reliability and service life of the louvers. In the construction of our louvers there is no welding of aluminum parts. The force required to turn the blades is transmitted by means of steel levers and rods. We have also subjected these components to life tests.
