Guests can book their accommodation using the discount code EDW2025 through the Tallink website https://hotelbooking.tallink.com/search/en/hotels/4or by contacting our call center at tallinkhotels@tallink.ee or by phone +372 630 0808.

Room availability is subject to demand, and reservations are on a first-come, firstserved basis.

Guests must submit all cancellations and changes in writing via email, which will be confirmed by the hotel. If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please inform the hotel in advance.

Accommodation and additional services can be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time (15:00) on the specified arrival date.

In the event of a late cancellation or if the guest does not arrive, a penalty will apply, equivalent to the room rate for the first night (excluding VAT). Should the cancellation limits be exceeded, a penalty equal to the total amount of the order that exceeds the limit will be charged.
